My name is Merl E. Merchant Jr. and I am the owner of Specialized Computer Solutions.   I started this company in 1996 at my home with a simple concept in mind, TO ALLOW OUR CUSTOMERS A CHOICE!!!

     I decided to do this after my last purchase of a pre-built computer from a large chain electronics store.  Needless to say, I was not pleased with what turned out to be the worse PC I had ever owned.

     I have been working and building PC's for the last 25 years as a hobby for friends and family.  I have repaired, upgaded and serviced almost every brand on the market today and have come to believe one thing, They don't care what you want!  Well this is not so here, we want you to have what you want and we won't give you all kinds of things and software that you don't want. And at a price that is way below the normal retail price.

     When I first decided to expand my business and move it from my home to a storefront, and to the web also, I had to ask myself a very important question.  That question is simply this, Why would a customer choose Specialized Computer Solutions over any other company that sells custom built computers online or any other electronic on line store?  Well I beleive we have answered that question to its fullist.  That answer is CHOICE!!

     The choice is this; you can continue to go to the big chain stores in you town and pay 100% mark-up on computers and electronics that you want, or you can shop with us and SAVE SOME OF THAT MONEY THAT YOU WORK SO HARD FOR.
